1. Order Processing Times Ready-to-Wear: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom Orders: Tailored or bespoke items may take longer; we will provide a specific timeline at the time of your order. Weekend/Holiday Policy: Please note that we do not process shipments or deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Delays: During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.
You can choose to pick up your order or have it delivered to a local or international address. Within Nairobi: Delivery options are available at checkout. Outside Nairobi & International: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All fees are charged according to our logistics partners' rates. Pickup: You may select a preferred pickup point during the checkout process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Your tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.
CW Couture is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
While we take great care in packaging, CW Couture is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Important: Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence for your claim.
