At CW Couture, we want you to love your purchase. If things aren't quite right, here is how we can help.
Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Exclusions: Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all transactions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Credits are automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late Refunds: If you haven't seen your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank and credit card provider. If you still need help, reach out to us at orders@cwcouture.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same model, please email orders@cwcouture.com. and mail your item to our address listed below.

Costs: You are responsible for your own shipping costs.
Protection: For items over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
